Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by CodeNeuron Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.
Use of Our Apps
CodeNeuron Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the applicable app store terms.
You agree not to:
- Use our apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our apps.
- Use our apps to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our apps, servers, or systems.
AI-Generated Content
Some of our apps use artificial intelligence to generate or modify content such as images. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
- You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated content from our apps.
- You should not use AI-generated content to deceive, impersonate, harass, or harm others.
- CodeNeuron Studios is not liable for any misuse of AI-generated content by users.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, and code — are the property of CodeNeuron Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our apps without prior written consent.
User-Provided Content
If any of our apps allow you to upload or submit content (such as photos), you retain ownership of your content. By using our apps, you grant CodeNeuron Studios a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CodeNeuron Studios does not warrant that:
- Our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- The results obtained from our apps will be accurate or reliable.
- Any defects in our apps will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeNeuron Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps offer optional paid features through in-app purchases. These may include a one-time purchase (a single payment that unlocks features permanently) and auto-renewable subscriptions offered on a monthly and/or yearly basis. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; CodeNeuron Studios does not directly handle or store your payment information.
The exact features, subscription durations, and prices are shown inside each app before you complete a purchase and may vary by app and region.
For auto-renewable subscriptions on the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews at the same price and for the same duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is included, any unused portion of that free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
- If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance in accordance with App Store rules, and where required your consent will be requested before the new price takes effect.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are governed by the equivalent Google Play billing and cancellation settings. A one-time purchase is a single, non-recurring payment and is not automatically renewed.
All purchases are subject to the applicable store's terms and refund policies. Because billing is handled by Apple or Google, refund requests must be made through the respective store; CodeNeuron Studios cannot issue refunds directly.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
